Students must meet the following criteria:

*GPA 1.8-2.5

*City of Newark resident

PLUS one of the following

*Has an Incarcerated Parent

*Has a parent that was recently released from incarceration (within 2 years)

*Is a First Generation College Student

*Has Lost a Parent or Sibling to violence

*Is Victim of violence
