The City of Newark is excited to transition to online procurement in partnership with ProcureNow. This new system will efficiently guide vendors through the process of responding electronically to RFPs, bids, addenda, etc. to ensure your bids have been accurately completed and will serve as one location for all purchasing opportunities. ProcureNow also offers real time chat, email, and phone support for bidders/vendors with any questions about how to use ProcureNow.

• Bid Opportunities Vendors submit quotes for products and/or services in response to advertisements released by the Division of Central Purchasing. Contracts are awarded to the Lowest Bid submitted by a Vendor who can provide quality goods and/or services in the right quantity on a timely basis at the lowest cost to the City.
