The City of Newark, Newark One Stop Career Center (NOSCC)-NewarkWORKS is soliciting through the Fair and Open Process in accordance with the New Jersey “Local Unit Pay to Play” Law N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., “Request for Proposals” (RFP) for WIOA Adult-Dislocated Worker, Youth and WFNJ TANF and SNAP.

An Information Conference is scheduled for Monday May 8, 2017 (10:00 am-11:00 am) at 990 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey. RFP’s are no longer available after 12:00 noon. No exceptions. It is suggested all vendors attend.

RFP Submission Deadline:

Monday, May 15, 2017 2:00 p.m.

The Request for Proposal should be returned in a sealed box that bears the name of the Proposer of the RFP clearly marked “RFP for Employment Training and Supportive Services for Type of Funding (i.e. WIOA Adult-Dislocated Worker, or WIOA-Youth or WFNJ-TANF or WFNJ-SNAP, (NOTE: Each funding must be in separate box clearly marked) to the Attention of: Tameka Allen Program Vendor Administrator, Newark One Stop Career Center/NewarkWORKS, 990 Broad Street, Newark New Jersey  07102.  

The City of Newark reserves the right to modify any of the enclosed specifications prior to the submission deadlines in accordance with applicable law and reserves the right to accept, review and fund unsolicited proposals at any time.  All awards are subject to Newark Municipal Council approval.
